Quob Stables has a 60m x 30m indoor arena with a cushioned HOYS track surface as well as a 20m x 20m covered arena. We also have a 25m x 50m floodlit outdoor arena with sand and rubber surface, and ample parking for lorries and trailers. All our arenas can be hired at competitive prices.
A schooling field of cross-country jumps just 200 yards from Quob is available to hire for only £15 per horse. Jumps included are steps, corners, coffin, ditches and combinations, with a new water complex for 2017. These jumps are great for young horses, young riders and those wanting to just ‘have a go’.
The Hayrack Cafe is proud to offer a delicious range of homemade food, with full view of our main arena. We use local produce as much as possible and are fully licensed with competitively priced beers, lagers, spirits and wines. We are also able to provide full catering services for all onsite events.
As well as outstanding equestrian facilities, we also are lucky enough to have The Balanced Rider team of physiotherapists operating from Quob Stables, treating a wide range of clients but with a particular focus on horse riders.

Our fully interactive Dressage Simulator accommodates riders of all levels from beginners to advanced. It can be used for basic arena work and to improve balance for beginner riders, and given the correct signals through its sensors, can also perform advanced dressage movements such as Piaffe, half pass and shoulder in.
The Dressage Simulator offers riders a revolutionary way to focus on their skills and correct their balance with visual on screen feedback on their seat position. Our Dressage Simulator and room is available to hire for training, social morning/evening events for riding clubs. It can also be hired for corporate team building events.
Our equine hydrotherapy spa uses chilled cold salt water which reduces limb inflammation far beyond traditional icing techniques, providing drug free pain relief. The salt water promotes healing and aeration massages the horse’s legs, stimulating blood flow and cleansing open wounds. Spa livery is also available and can be tailored to your horse’s needs.
